Chapter Seven: Afternoon Delight

The bell ringing was the first thing she heard. She raised her head and realized she had slept the entire third block. What was usually her class to stare in amazement at her teacher had turned into a nap due to her anger and skepticism at their meeting in the mall that weekend. She walked out of the room without even saying goodbye. Finally, lunch. She needed something to look forward to in the day.
She went to the table with the rest of her friends. She sat down with her lunch in the middle of what must have been a heated discussion. Her friends were all speaking at the same time over some sort of gossip. It was something about two people kissing, but Lesley couldn’t make out what it was exactly. Until Dana turned and asked her opinion.
“So Les, who do you think she was?” asked her friend.
“Who who was?” replied the confused redhead.
“The girl in the mall. You know the one with Mr. Gribbin,” said Dana.
“Ohh. Well when I spoke to him, he told me it was his sister. Her name is Jamie,” said Lesley.
“What?!? If that’s his sister, then he has got some explaining to do. Not to mention some major problems,” exclaimed one of her friends.
“Why? What do you mean he’s got some explaining to do?” asked the dumbfounded young girl.
“Well, I’m not sure how you do things in your family Les,” began Dana amongst laughter from the rest of the table, “but I don’t make out with my relatives.”
And then, as if a bomb had gone off in her head, Lesley was filled with rage.
“What do you mean make out? They didn’t even kiss,” stated Lesley in an aggravated manner.
“Well, Lesley, you wouldn’t have seen it. You were walking towards us with your back turned to the action. But let me tell you, they were kissing pretty passionately. If he were the type to kiss his sister at all, I think that was a little too much. But, I suppose she could be his sister. I mean, why would he lie to you like that? And about something so stupid and small?” said Dana.
Lesley began to ponder the question that had just been raised. Why would he lie to me? I mean it was a simple question rendering a simple answer, but he had avoided the point. Why did he not want me to know he had a girlfriend, if that’s who she was? He must. He must truly have…
“Les. You there?” asked one of her friends.
“What? Oh, yeah. I’m just spacing out. I’m kinda pissed he lied to me,” said Lesley.
“Yeah, I would be too if I were you. I hate liars, and it was unnecessary,” stated Dana.
But was it necessary? Did he have a reason to lie to me? As Lesley was going through these thoughts, she couldn’t help but be overcome with anger for the sole fact that he lied to her. She needed to confront him about this. She didn’t know how she would, but she knew she had to. This anger was too much for her.
“I gotta go guys. I’ll talk to you later,” and with that, Lesley got her stuff and left without saying another word.
She walked faster than she thought she could as she made her way to her Calculus room. What was she going to say? What was he going to say when she said it? She had no idea, but she had to know why he lied to her. But as she neared the room, she noticed the door was closed. That was odd considering he was always in his room at lunchtime when he wasn’t on lunch duty. She figured he was gone but she tried the door anyways to see if it was unlocked.
As she pulled the door knob, it opened itself with ease. But she only needed it to open a few inches before she saw her worst nightmare.
There he was, her teacher, thrusting into his desk. But he wasn’t alone. That blonde whore was there, loving every minute. With each thrust, she saw her face and felt what she felt. Beads of sweat pouring down his naked back, and Lesley wanted to grab him for herself. But she was overtaken with confusion.
She didn’t know what to think. She felt an entire spectrum of emotions at the same time. Anger, rage, sexual tension. She wanted Jamie gone, and she wanted to be inside there. She wanted him inside her. But she couldn’t stand to watch it anymore, as the lost emotion was finally taking over. Wiping tears from eyes, Lesley ran the opposite way down the hall, away from the terrors she had just been witness to.
